This website is operated by SS Traders, trading as SS Air Cargo, of 174/1/A, Weatheawa Road, Amandoluwa, Seeduwa, Sri Lanka. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Information on this website
The website gives general information about our services. It is not advice about any particular shipment. Rules for air cargo, customs and restricted goods change and differ between airlines and countries, so always confirm the requirements for your shipment with us before you rely on anything here.
3. Quotes and bookings
Sending a quote request does not create a contract and does not reserve space on a flight. A quote is based on the details you give us. If the actual weight, dimensions, contents or dates are different, the price may change. A booking is made only when we confirm it to you. A quote is valid for the period stated in it.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us complete and accurate information about your goods, including their nature, weight, dimensions and value
- Declare any dangerous, restricted or regulated goods before you book
- Make sure your goods may lawfully be exported from, or imported into, the countries involved
- Provide the documents, permits and licences your shipment requires
- Pack your goods properly, unless we have agreed to pack them for you

5. Carriage by air
Cargo is carried by airlines under the air waybill and the airline's conditions of carriage. Liability for loss, damage or delay during carriage by air is governed by those conditions and by the international conventions that apply, which limit the amount that can be claimed. We recommend that you insure your cargo for its full value.
6. Our services
The specific terms for our services, including charges, payment, storage, liability and claims, are those agreed with you when you book.
7. Use of this website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not try to interfere with it or submit false enquiries.
8. Intellectual property
The text, graphics, layout and logo on this website belong to SS Traders unless we say otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own use in dealing with us. You may not copy, republish or use the content commercially without our written permission.
9. Links to other sites
The website may link to sites we do not control, such as WhatsApp and map services. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
10. Liability for the website
